The official residence of a former acting director-general of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Dauda Mohammed, has been reportedly invaded by armed security operatives.
Premium Times reports that the armed security men were in black clothing typically used by Nigeria’s secret security organisations.

NAIJ.com gathered that the property is located at No. 3 Osara Lane, off Osara close in Abuja’s Maitama district.
A source said the armed men were at the building to evict Mohammed.

Meanwhile, NAIJ.com had previously reported that the acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Ibrahim Magu, vowed to recover the missing National Intelligence Agency (NIA)'s $202million security intervention fund.
The acting EFCC head said this on Wednesday, February 28, when he met with members of the House of Representatives’ committee on public safety, national security and intelligence.
The meeting which is geared towards recovering the said sum which formed the total of the $289 million fund approved for the agency by the Jonathan administration, Independent reports.
