Argentine superstar Lionel Messi is reportedly considering leaving Spanish club Barcelona if the Catalans win the Champions League title this season.
Since Lionel Messi started his football career, the Argentine has never played for any other club than Spanish giants Barcelona.
Barcelona have collected 30 trophies across that period including the Champions League on four occasions.
Latest report by Don Balon stated that Messi could bring the curtain down on his Barcelona career if he guides his team to success in Europe this year.
The report also stated that Lionel Messi's wife Antonella Roccuzzo want their family to return to their homeland where Messi could be joining Newell's Old Boys.
Messi is keen to keep his wife happy and he is said to be currently thinking on her desire for them to return to Argentina.
Barcelona will now have to up their game against Chelsea in their second leg of their Champions League round of 16 ties.

Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Argentine superstar Lionel Messi on Tuesday night, February 20, scored his first goal against Chelsea to help Barcelona record a 1-1 draw against the Blues in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16 ties.
