Nigeria’s inflation stood again at 11.28 percent in September, unlike in the previous month of August which stood at 11.23%, according to the consumer price index measurement and as data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) have shown.
The report which was released on Tuesday, October 16, showed that this is the second consecutive month of inflation rise after 18 consecutive months of decline.
The report said food inflation stood at 13.31 percent from 13.16 percent and core inflation stood at 9.80 percent from 10.0 percent.
