Nainggolan alongside N’Golo Kante would certainly form a formidable looking partnership at Chelsea.
But it all seems wishful thinking for now for Hazard, especially as De Bruyne signed a new contract with City last month, tying him down until June 2023.
Hazard will have to turn his attention to facing his friend De Bruyne on Sunday March 4, when Chelsea take on City at the Etihad in the league.
