Premier League giants Manchester United are now eyeing a move for Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre Stegan should in case they lose current number 1 David De Gea to Real Madrid.
For the past three years, David De Gea has been linked with a return to Spain, and Real Madrid have made him their number 1 summer target.
Los Blancos want the Spaniard to replace Keylor Navas next season at the Santiago Bernabeu as they eye a world record move for him.
According to the report by Don Balon, Manchester United coach Jose Mourinho has set his sights on Ter Stegen in the event De Gea jumps ship for Real Madrid.
United are said to be planning to splurge the entire £88m they'd receive for De Gea on the 25-year-old German international goalie.
But it is not yet clear if Spanish side Barcelona would want to do business with Manchester United considering the form of Marc Stegen this season.

Previously, NAIJ.com had reported how Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo told Real Madrid chiefs to bring Manchester United goalie David De Gea to the camp Nou next season.
The Spanish goalkeeper has for years being a target for Los Blancos, and Ronaldo believes Real Madrid can sign the Spaniard at the end of the season.
According to the report by Don Balon, Ronaldo mentioned the name of David De Gea in a meeting with the club's chiefs as a player he wants to play with next season at the Bernabeu.
