Leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state have called on President Muhammadu Buhari to run again in the 2019 presidential election.
Leadership reports that the party leaders in Ondo North Senatorial District also passed a vote of confidence on the state governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu over his outstanding achievements in just one year in power.

The Party also threw its weight behind the tenure elongation of Chairmen and their executives from the National to the Ward levels with their executive members.
According to the party: ”We resolved to cooperate with the State Chairman and his executive members to continue to advance the course of the Party in the state.”
Just recently, NAIJ.com reported that seven state governors from the northern part of the country under the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday, January 12, declared that they wanted President Muhammadu Buhari to get a second term.
NAIJ.com gathered that the governors stated this at the Aso Rock presidential villa in Abuja after they visited President Buhari.
