Liverpool defender, Joe Gomez, will miss The Red’s crucial Champions League showdowns with Manchester City after being ruled out for a month.
The 20-year-old suffered an ankle injury early on in Friday’s March 23 friendly clash with Holland.

If early diagnoses are to go by it means the defender will miss both legs of the Champions League clash with Manchester City as he has been ruled out for four weeks.
And it will leave him sweating on next month’s semi-finals if the Reds get through.
Gomez has developed into a key player for Liverpool this season, making 29 appearances in all competitions.

Part of his emergence has been down to a long-term injury suffered by Nathaniel Clyne, giving centre-back Gomez a run on the right-hand side.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are confident that Emre Can will be fit to face Crystal Palace this weekend.
The German is still feeling the effects of a back injury picked up against Watford but could return to the team on Saturday, March 31.
