The Frenchman has been tracking Hazard since he burst onto the scene as a young prodigy with Lille.
According to the report by Mundo Deportivo, winger Gareth Bale will be the one that will have to leave for the arrival of Eden Hazard should Chelsea agree to sell him at the end of the season.
