Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has put himself in serious embarrassment after being caught on camera spitting at a Manchester United fan and his 14-year-old daughter.
Carragher was filmed spitting through the window of his Range Rover towards a 14-year-old girl and her dad after being goaded in the aftermath of Liverpool's 2-1 defeat to Manchester United.
The Englishman has been accused on social media, and he has also being axed from Sky Sports' Monday night football where Stoke City will host Manchester City.
Carragher who played for Liverpool for 17 years has however apologized to the teenage girl and her family.

Speaking about the incident, the girl said according to UK Sun: "I have never been spat at by anyone before. I thought, ‘Why has he done that’. I thought I had done something wrong.
“People in school take the mick and it is just a laugh. Someone like him who is older should be able to take a joke."
Earlier, NAIJ.com had reported how Manchester United defeated Liverpool 2-1 at Old Trafford in the Premier League match day 30 clash.
Marcus Rashford's brace was enough for the Red Devils to claim all three points against an in-form Liverpool side.
Manchester United got the opener in the 14th minute as Marcus Rashford connected with a pass inside the box and slammed home into the bottom right corner.
