Senator Ben Murray-Bruce representing Bayelsa east in the National Assembly has said poverty, corruption and terrorism are fast growing problems ravaging Nigeria.
The senator who is a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) made the observation in a tweet on Friday, June 29.
He stated that problems that won’t be blamed away, adding that the problems can only be solved by solution oriented leadership.

Bruce said: "The fastest growing business in Nigeria is poverty. The second fastest growing business is corruption. The third fastest growing business is terrorism. These are problems that wont bow to blame games. They can only be solved by forward looking leadership that‘s solution oriented."

Meanwhile, the federal government has said that it will commence disbursement of the recovered $322 million Abacha loot through Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) to 302,000 poor households in 19 states in July.
NAIJ.com gathered that Tukur Rumar of the National Cash Transfer Office (NTCO), said this at a roundtable on assets recovery organised by the Swiss embassy on Thursday, June 28, in Abuja.
The event was organised to intimate citizens and Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) on the efforts both nations were making on asset recovery after the Post-Global Forum on Assets Recovery (GFAR) held in Washington D.C. in December 2017.
