Super Eagles assistant coach Salisu Yusuf is currently in a sad and devastated mood following the death of his mother Binta Yusuf.
The Octogenarian died on Thursday morning, June 22, 2017 at her residence in Gadon Maya quarters in Kano State after a brief illness.
She has however been buried according to Islamic rites at Dandolo grave yard in Kano state on Thursday, June 22, 2017.

Super Eagles assistant coach Salisu Yusuf loses mother
Kano Pillars' spokesman Idris Malikawa confirmed the news to NAIJ.com sports claiming that the 88-year-old woman has been interred.
''Yes, and so sad that coach Salisu Yusuf has lost his mother, but we pray that Allah will grant her eternal rest,'' he said.

Meanwhile, the sad news of the demise of Salisu Yusuf's mother comes as the entire Nigerian football fraternity are still mourning the death of legendary Nigerian coach Kelechi Emeteole.
