Argentine forward Lionel Messi has reportedly given Barcelona the go ahead to sign three key players to boost their team’s confidence ahead of next season.
The Spanish giants have been superb so far this season in all competition, but are yet to find a suitable replacement for Neymar, who joined Paris Saint Germain in August 2017 in a world record fee of €222.
Though, they signed Ousmane Dembele from Borussia Dortmund last season, the French forward is yet to find his foot at the Camp Nou, with his reign at the club being ravaged by different kinds of injuries.

Barca are the current La Liga leaders with seven points above Atletico Madrid, who are second on the log, while they still stand a chance of winning the Copa del Rey and the Champions League titles this season.
And in a bid to ensure they remain a formidable force even after this season, the 30-year-old will welcome the signing of Arthur Melo from Grêmio, Bayern Munich’s David Alaba and Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann to the Camp Nou next summer.
Barcelona manager, Ernesto Valverde has made Arthur of Grêmio his first summer signing, while Griezmann is another target interested in making the move to the Nou Camp.

The 2014 FIFA World Cup finalist is also said to be excited with the arrival of Brazil international, Philippe Coutinho, who joined the club from Liverpool earlier this year.
Messi scored twice in his side’s 6-1 victory over Girona in last weekend’s Spanish League encounter, after breaking his goal drought against Chelsea in the Champions League clash.
Meanwhile, the Argentine has won 29 titles with the club since he made his senior debut with the team among several other individual awards he has won.
