Premier League side Manchester United were unsuccessful in their plot to offload French forward Anthony Martial to PSG.
According to a UK Daily Express report, the French Ligue 1 champions with their Middle Eastern owners are regarded as one of the richest clubs in world football.
However, eggheads of PSG unwilling to continue discussion with Manchester United after the £71m prize they are asking prospective them to pay for Martial.

Quoting reliable French news channel Paris United, the report revealed that the Old Trafford dwellers offered the Ligue 1 side first refusal on the forward last week.
However, the Ligue 1 champions rejected the offer as they disagreed with the Red Devils evaluation for the out-of-favour forward.
The reported noted that Portuguese boss Jose Mourinho is seeking €80m (£71m) for Martial, who is likely to leave the Manchester side this summer.
Currently, the ex-Monaco ace is earning about £150,000 plus as wages per week at the Premier League outfit which is another concern that prompted new PSG boss Thomas Tuchel to snub a move.
Already, the Frenchman is attracting interest from Serie A side Juventus and Tottenham in the ongoing transfer window.
The Italian champions held talks over a move for the 22-year-old at the start of the summer before signing Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, Martial still looks likely to move away from the Old Trafford side before the end of the current window after falling out with club’s manager Mourinho.
The ex-Chelsea boss failed to consider the forward for most games during last season, and did not enjoy the best of working relationship with the ex-Los Blancos boss in recent time.
The France international rushed home from Manchester United's pre-season tour of the States to be with his partner ahead of the birth of his first child.
And the Red Devils boss was left unhappy after Martial failed to return to America.
"Anthony Martial has the baby and after the baby is born - beautiful baby, full of health, thank God - he should be here and he is not here," he said.
The Portuguese noted that he would not have paid to watch his weakened Manchester United side on their pre-season tour of the United States.
The Red Devils suffered another huge blow after suffering a 4-1 defeat to domestic rivals Liverpool in Michigan at the International Champions Cup on Saturday night.
"The atmosphere is good but if I was them I wouldn't come," Mourinho said.
"I wouldn't spend my money to see these teams. I was watching on television Chelsea against Inter and the people in Nice decided the beach was better.
"They didn't go to the game, the stadium was empty.
"I think the passion many Americans have for soccer deserves more. They deserve the best teams and invest to bring the best clubs to the US.

"But we, and some other clubs, were not able to give to the people the real quality football that can attract even more passion in this country,” Mourinho was quoted as saying at his press conference.

The Frenchman jetted back to Paris after leaving Jose Mourinho’s gang in the US to be beside his partner Melanie DA Cruz ahead of the delivery of their first child.
The 22-year-old Martial did not play any role for the Les Blues World Cup triumph after he was blackout from the national squad, no thanks to his limited appearances for the Red Devils last season, was granted permission to leave Old Trafford this summer.
