- Ex Nigerian international Samson Siasia wants Alex Iwobi and Iheanacho to leave their clubs
- Siasia is not happy with their lack of active playing times at the just concluded Premier League season
- He wants Kelechi and Iwobi to move elsewhere where they will be regulars
Former Super Eagles coach Samson Siasia has stated emphatically that Manchester City forward Kelechi Iheanacho and Arsenal star Alex Iwobi must quit their Premier League clubs ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Siasia believes that lack of active playing times affected the two Super Eagles players in the just concluded Premier League season where Chelsea emerged as champions.
Last season, Kelechi Iheanacho failed to secure a regular shirt under Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola as the Spaniard prefer the duo of Sergio Aguero and Brazilian star Gabriel Jesus upfront

“Nobody is happy that with the huge talents of Iheanacho and Iwobi they did not play many matches for Man City and Arsenal.
”We cannot also blame their managers Pep Guadiola and Arsene Wenger for leaving them most time on the bench because the players that played ahead of them are more experienced.
"This why I would like them to seek playing time elsewhere if necessary to be able to be hot and smoking for the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifiers." Siasia explained.
