Chelsea fans have voted attacker Eden Hazard their 2016-17 Player of the Season.
The Belgian forward returned to form this season after performing poorly during the 2015/2016 season in which he failed to defend his PFA Player of the Year award 12 months ago.
Hazard was named Chelsea player of the year
Hazard scored 16 goals in 36 top-flight appearances as Antonio Conte’s side won the Premier League title.

N’Golo Kante who has now claimed back-to-back Premier League titles, was honoured by his colleagues with the Players’ Player of the Year award.
Kante has already won the FWA, PFA and Premier League player of the year award but was beaten to the Premier League Fans Player of the Year award by Harry Kane.
Hazard also won the goal of the season with his stunning solo effort in a derby date with Arsenal.

Chelsea missed out on a domestic double after being beaten by Arsenal in the FA Cup but can console themselves with title success and a return to Champions League competition for 2017-18.
