A 40-year-old medical doctor has been banned after he tried to woo a patient with flowers and frequent text messages.
The doctor, Chris Uzoh, spent six weeks harassing a patient to go out on a date with him.
According to the woman, he claimed that he has accomplished a lot in medicine and he is the best in his medical school.

It was gathered that Uzoh had sent the lady about 20 text messages after he got her phone number and home address from medical records.
He also had a card and flowers delivered at her home along with a message that read: “I wonder how else I would have met you if not this way. My heart is pure, I care, I hope it would be possible to make you mine someday.”
According to the MailOnline, she told him to stop harassing her but he continued to disturb her with messages, saying he was just trying to be romantic.
The unidentified lady reported Uzoh to his colleagues who immediately reported the case to the General Medical Council.

Uzoh who was found guilty of misconduct at the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in Manchester was banned from practice in the United Kingdom for a year.
