A South African woman identified as Loretta Lamont was reported to have gone missing on Tuesday, May 30. The 60-year-old woman was said to have left her house at about 5pm that day.
As at the time she was last seen, Lamont was wearing a jersey with a black skirt and boots. According to the information given, she was said to have gone to Helen Joseph Hospital in Johannesburg and has not been found since then.
Vidian Ghanie, a member of Lamont’s family confirmed the news and was depressed with the event.

"Yes, my aunt went missing. She had an operation on her leg in March and the bandages have to be changed once a week. She went to Helen Joseph Hospital for her checkup and never returned. We have opened a missing person's case with the police."
"We have been searching for her since Tuesday. We have checked hospitals, police stations, and other family members but our last options will be mortuaries. I never expected something like this to happen to us.' the heartbroken woman said."
