Reports say Nigeria’s acting president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, is currently holding a secret meeting with some top officials of the government inside Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Daily Trust reports that apart from Osinbajo, others at the closed-door meeting include the Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Abayomi Olonishakin, the Chief of Army Staff General Tukur Buratai and the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar.
The meeting also has the attendance of Abba Kyari, the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari; the National Security Adviser, Banagana Monguno; the minister of defence, Mansur Dan-Ali and the Governor of Borno state, Kashim Shettima.
