Medically, the condition is known as epidermodysplasia verruciformis (EV) and is so rare that it affects just six people around the world.
EV is inherited and both parents need to have the abnormal EV genes for a sufferer to contract it
In January, a 27-year-old Bangladeshi man named Abul Bajander was also reported to have the condition.
Other cases have also been reported from Indonesia and Romania.
