Young and industrious Nigerian student Adosiobi Joseph Ugochukwu has won the 2017 Chike Okoli prize for entrepreneurship award.
Speaking on how he was able to juggle the three together the young entrepreneur said he needed to make money while going to school and with the aid of the social media his real estate business grew.
Ugochukwu added that he advertised houses which people come to rent and from there gets his own commission. The Nnamdi Azikwe university student said he is a proud landlord even while still a student.

Ugochukwu was unveiled on Saturday, July 1, at the annual Heart and Soul Gala held to remember late Chike Okoli who died in 2005 at the age of 25.
It was gathered that the Chike Okoli Foundation was established in continuance of the ideals of Chike Edward Okoli who died five days after his 25th birthday on May 31, 2005. He was said to have died from undetected coronary artery disease.

The purpose of the foundation is to ensure that every young Nigerian will be fully aware of the causes of cardiovascular diseases and equipped with entrepreneurial skills to support the building of a healthy and prosperous nation.

Present at the gala night were First Lady of Lagos state, Mrs Bolanle Ambode; First Lady of Ondo state Mrs Betty Anyanwu Akeredolu; captains of industries, Nollywood actor Olu Jacobs and wife Joke Silva; late Okoli’s immediate family members and friends.
