Premier League side, Chelsea and Serie A campaigners’ Roma are both in the running to sign Denmark’s Leicester City shot-stopper, Kasper Schmeichel, suggests report.
According to Sky Sports News HQ, sources, the duo are interested in keeping hold of their respective No. 1 goalkeepers, Thibaut Courtois and Alisson, but look likely to be miss out on the Danish star.

The report further added that the clubs might commence search for new goalkeepers if the deal falls through.
Already, both teams were hunting for other possible targets before Schmeichel’s excellence at the ongoing global football fiesta, won over both teams.

Sadly, Schmeichel’s World Cup run with Scandinavian nation ended on Sunday after Croatia’s Blazers emerged victorious in the round of 16 showdown 3-2 on penalties.
