John Terry scored the first goal for Chelsea in their 4-3 win over Watford at Stamford Bridge on May 16.

He said after the game against the Hornets: “It’s a dream ending for me, to have the chance to celebrate my fifth Premier League title at the end of my last season as a Chelsea player.”
He was spotted with his wife Toni Terry enjoying a meal at Marias beach restaurant in Portugal after the game against Watford.
