Premier League club Arsenal are reportedly on the verge of signing Monaco winger Thomas Lemar and the deal will cost the Gunners whopping sum of £45 million.

The report stated that the 21-year-old player has told Monaco chiefs that he wants to leave the club for a potential move to the Emirates Stadium.
Lemar will be Wenger’s third addition at the Emirates this summer as the French coach looks to lead the club back into title contention.
