The 24-year-old is currently banned from entering the UK after being convicted of assault following his arrest in May 2016.

The controversial defender was found guilty of assaulting a police officer outside a nightclub in Paris after he was stopped to take a breath test.

NAIJ.com gathered that the Ivorian international has appealed against his conviction and has a hearing scheduled for August 7, 2017.
United boss Jose Mourinho will be looking at Aurier as a possible replacement for right-back Antonio Valencia.
