Brazilian star Roberto Firmino was the savior for Liverpool on Friday night, December 22 as they forced hosts Arsenal to a 3-3 draw in a tough Premier League encounter.
But Liverpool would have themselves to blame in this tie at the Emirates Stadium as they allowed Arsenal to come back from two goals down in front of their faithfuls.
Arsenal started the match impressive, and they almost scored the first goal in the 9th minute when Nigerian star Alex Iwobi fired in a powerful shot which was saved by Simon Mignolet.

Liverpool scored their first goal in the 26th minute when Egyptian striker Mohamed Salah provided a superb assist for Philippe Coutinho to score.
Salah then scored the second goal for the visitors in the 52nd minute after being assisted by Emre Can.
But there were moments of drama at the Emirates Stadium as Arsenal scored three goals in five minutes through Sanchez in the 53rd minute, Xhaka in the 56th minute and Ozil in the 58th minute.

The goals sent Arsenal fans to wide jubilation at the Emirates Stadium as they were expecting their players to score more goals against Liverpool.
But Brazilian star Roberto Firmino broke their hearts as he scored the third and equalizing goal for Liverpool in the 71st minute for the match to end 3-3 at the Emirates Stadium.
Liverpool now occupy fourth position on the Premier League standings with 35 points, while Arsenal are placed fifth with 34 points after 19 games this season.
