Lady celebrated birthday recounts how roughly the year started out for her

For some, the only thing that gets them going especially through tough times is the hope that everything will get better some day. So can be said of Miss Teriba who has got the hearts of many with her inspiring story.

In a celebratory message, Teriba who turned a year older on December 14, 2017 took to social media to share her experience of the journey through 2017. She suffered the loss of both parents within a short period of time but still managed to pull through.

She took to her Twitter page to write: "It’s my birthday today If I told you that the first pic is how I started my year would you believe me? I lost both parents, my whole world was turned upside down but I’ve made it to 27 & I’m not just getting by, I’m thriving! God is too awesome! Hey Mum & Dad look at God��"
