Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has declared Atiku Abubakar the next president of Nigeria and expressed excitement at his return to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The former vice president who resigned from the ruling All progressives Congress (APC) formally announced his return to the PDP via a Facebook live broadcast on Sunday, December 3.

Senator Bruce via his official twitter page said the PDP had planned a retirement package for President Muhammadu Buhari and referred to Atiku as the next president of Nigeria.

NAIJ.com had reported earlier that the presidential ambition of Atiku got a boost on Sunday, December 3, when PDP leaders form the northeast visited him.
The ex-vice president, who spoke about the visit on his Twitter handle, said the PDP leaders among other things, reminded him of the shared history he had with them.
