Melaye tweeted:
NAIJ.com had written earlier through a Vanguard report that there is a grand plot to remove Senate president, Dr Bukola Saraki, in motion.
According to the report, the plot is being allegedly championed by a former governor and a serving senator even as meetings are said to have been held to actualise the plan.
It added that the plot was said to have been weaved around the former governor and other key players, especially on the roles they are expected to play.

The report was preceded by similar alarm raised by Senator Isah Hamman Misau (APC, Bauchi Central), who had at plenary claimed that a minister was leading a move to impeach Saraki.
Misau said the unnamed persons were plotting to remove the Senate president because of his alleged plan to defect from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the Peoples Democratic Party.
The plenary was monitored by NAIJ.com.
