West Brom star and record Premier League appearance holder Gareth Barry has put his seven bedroom mansion in Cheshire, England up for sale for a £4.5 million, approximately N2.3 billion.
The 36-year-old who holds the record for the highest number of Premier League appearances with 649 and counting, joined West Brom from Everton in the summer but he is now in search of a new home closer to him new training ground.

According to UK Mirror, Barry’s house contains seven bedrooms, bathrooms and five reception rooms.
His mansion also has an outdoor tennis court, which doubles up as a football pitch, and a former aircraft hangar.

The house can also boast of several leisure rooms, games room with pool table, quiz machine and jukebox, a cinema room with a huge projector screen and luxurious reclining leather seats.

Barry's 30-acre property also has a walk-in wardrobe as well as a study.

The Englishman has made 21 league appearances for West Brom this season and has scored one goal in the process.
Before joining West Brom, Barry had played for Aston Villa, Manchester City and Everton.
He broke the previous record of 632 for the highest number of Premier League appearances held by Ryan Giggs when he captained West Brom in a 2-0 loss against Arsenal in September 2017.
