Despite being recently linked with a move away from Spanish club Real Madrid, Cristiano Ronaldo has stated emphatically that he wants to stay at the Bernabeu.
The Portuguese star joined Real Madrid in the year 2009 from Premier League side Manchester United, and since then, he has won nine trophies with the reigning Spanish champions.
But this season, Ronaldo is yet to find his rhythm in the Spanish La Liga, and there are reports he is considering a return to Manchester United.

The 32-year-old is said to have been hoping to be offered a new contract worth €50m-a-year, a figure that Real have shown a reluctance to meet.
'‘I like living here. I’ve lived in this city since 2009 and I love the weather and the people. It’s close to Portugal and you can get there by car. Spain is a great country, I love it.
''I love Real Madrid, and I want to stay and play more games for the club.
''Now, my plan to retire at 41 will probably be a bit more difficult to achieve, and now we live in the moment. Being a coach is not part of my plan, but you also know that people change their minds but for the moment I don’t want to be a coach.’' Ronaldo told Chinese football app Dongqiudi.
Previously, NAIJ.com had reported how Reigning Spanish and European League champions Real Madrid are reportedly interested in bringing Brazilian star Neymar back to the Spanish La Liga in the summer.
Neymar left Real Madrid's bitter rivals Barcelona last August for a world record move to Paris-Saint-Germain, and according to UK Sun, Los Blancos' chiefs want him at the Bernabeu.
The report stated that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to offer Cristiano Ronaldo plus cash in a bid to sign Neymar to the club.
