Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has vowed to always speak his mind even if it cost his job.
Conte’s latest comment comes against the backdrop of reports that the Chelsea board are angry with the Italian over his insistent criticism of the club's transfer decisions.
But according to Conte, he is not a diplomatic man and will always speak his mind.

Conte was quoted as saying by the UK Sun: “I’m for sure not a diplomatic man.
“I think you can see this, who knows me very well, know I’m not a diplomatic man.
“At the same time, I’m very honest. And when you are honest with yourself and with others, no one thing makes me a failure.
“I’m sure if I try to change myself, it’s right to stop. For example, when I was a footballer I stopped my career. In this moment, I’m a coach and the honest person speaks very clearly in every moment."

This has triggered reports that Chelsea board are becoming increasingly frustrated with him appearing to criticise their transfer strategy in public.
His team’s bid to defend their Premier League crown is already over as they trail runaway leaders Manchester City by 15 points.
However, NAIJ.com earlier reported that Antonio Conte believes it is up to the club to decide whether he stays or not at the end of the season.
The Italian won the Premier League title last term and despite signing an improved contract last summer, there have been reports he could leave at the end of the season.
