"Focussed and looking forward to another big game tomorrow against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge," the 27-year-old hard-tackling defender posted in his official Instagram account.
Interestingly, during the week, the Dutch star could not train with the rest of Liverpool gang, with Jurgen Klopp admitting the centre-back will be missed, if he fails to regain fitness.
"We have to wait, he didn't train with the team so far," Klopp noted. "Virgil is a world-class player and when you miss a world-class player it's not cool.
"Dejan Lovren played his first game in 10 weeks and most of that time he couldn't train.
"If Virgil is fit, he plays. If not, then obviously we have options.
"We can play without Virgil, thank God. But I prefer if we can. The last game he wasn't available, now we will see for tomorrow."
Interestingly, Van Dijk has featured in every of Liverpool’s matches of the new season, before he was replaced during the Southampton game.

Liverpool currently, sit at the top of the EPL log after keeping four clean sheets so far, but face a Chelsea squad that have netted 14 times in the English topflight.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously had reported that Chelsea have qualified for the next round of the 2018 Carabao Cup after coming from behind to beat Premier League rivals Liverpool 2-1 on Wednesday night, September 26.
Liverpool would have themselves to blame not to have won this encounter as they allowed Chelsea to score two goals that sent them out of the championship.
The first half ended goalless as both teams failed to find the back of the net at the Anfield Stadium.
But Liverpool scored their goal in the 59th minute when Naby Keita located Englishman Daniel Sturridge with a brilliant pass, and he wasted no time sending Caballero the wrong direction.
Chelsea came back into the game in the 79th minute as Emerson Palmieri restored parity for the Blues before Eden Hazard came off the bench to score the winning goal for the Blues in the 86th minute.
