Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has emerged as a top summer transfer target for Italian club AC Milan who are reportedly ready to lure the Spaniard to Italy.
AC Milan are battling to qualify for European competition this season, and the club see Fabregas as the player to transform their fortunes.
NAIJ.com can report that Fabregas has scored four goals this term for the Blues, and Milan are prepared to meet his demand for him to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.

It is not yet clear if Chelsea manager Antonio Conte would want to lose the former Barcelona man, but Fabregas will wants to win the Premier League title this term with the Blues if he would consider joining the Italian side.
Milan are currently sixth in the Serie A table, but lost ground on fifth-placed Atalanta on April 23, 2017 when they slipped to a defeat at home to struggling Empoli.
They are currently battling for a final Europa League qualifying spot with bitter rivals Inter and Fiorentina also in the mix.
