Weeks after Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers state dissolved his cabinet, his counterpart in charge of Bauchi state, Mohammed Abubakar, has followed suit.
The governor reportedly shocked the commissioners when he made the announcement on Thursday, July 20 in a statement, NAIJ.com learnt.
Abubakar only left Brig-General Ladan Yusuf, his special adviser on security, a statement from the state said.
It is not known the actual reason the governor took the decision, but the statement from his press secretary, Malam Abubakar Al-Sadique, obtained by newsmen said Alhaji Mohammed Nadada Umar was appointed as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
