- Chelsea star Eden Hazard wants Manchester City winger Kevin De Bruyne to win the Premier League title this season
- But that is if Chelsea fail to defend their Premier League title as they are currently chasing Manchester City with 14 points
- Hazard admitted it will be hard for the Blues to win the EPL this season and therefore wants countryman Bruyne to win it with Manchester City
Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has backed countryman and Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne to win the Premier League title only if the Blues fail to defend their title.
Manchester City have been impressive this season topping the Premier League table, and they are also the only side that are still unbeaten this term in the EPL.
Chelsea currently occupy third position on the Premier League standings with 38 points and the Blues are 14 points behind leaders Manchester City.

Hazard who has been brilliant this term for Chelsea has admitted that it will be difficult for his side to defend their Premier League title at the end of the ongoing season.
The Belgian wants his teammate at the national team Kevin De Bruyne to win the title with Manchester City so as for him to take the confidence to the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
''Kevin De Bruyne is my friend of course and when we play against Manchester City, I want to beat them but when the 90 minutes are finished he’s my friend.
‘'We are playing together for Belgium and we have the World Cup to play so I want to win the League, but it’s going to be difficult.
‘So if De Bruyne win the League this year and bring the confidence to the World Cup, it will be good for the Belgian. So Kevin, you know what to do my friend,'' Hazard told Sky Sports.
