Just like the governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, a graduating student from University of Benin (UNIBEN) has erected a statue in his school and everyone can’t stop talking about it.
Following the footsteps on Governor Okorocha, Joseph Chukwuemeka Ugwanyi, for his final year project erected a statue of a lizard climbing Schnapps bottle.
The controversial image was shared on Facebook by Ugwanyi on Thursday, December 14. He disclosed that the concrete is an effect of alcohol abuse.

His post reads: “This for me marks the end of 208 weeks of a solitary academic jungle experience, and incidentally the beginning of a fresh journey. After much adumbration, I became a sculptor. Only God could successfully lead such a herculean journey, and I deign Him all the praise. Every art piece has a philosophical background, it is that which gives it a mental form, an imagery, wherein lies the message the artist wishes to project.
