NAIJ.com gathered that a 19-year-old Nigerian girl identified as Kika Onyibe, who was a Law student at the Birmingham university in the UK, died recently.
According to reports and tributes posted on social media by friends of the deceased, 19-year-old Kika, had travelled all the way from the UK to Lagos, to get treatment for what she thought was an infection.
Instead of the infection, it was discovered that late Kika had a ruptured appendix and was supposed to have surgery to remove it.
Kika eventually died on April 12, following complications from the surgery, leaving behind a host of friends, a brokenhearted boyfriend and a sad family who have not stopped mourning her.
