Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is eager to complete the move for Borussia Dortmund's centre forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
The Gunners are desperate for a move for the Gabonese international and have increased their bid to £50.9 million.
Wenger who recently lost his star player Alexis Sanchez wants to beef up the front-line and he sees the former AC Milan player as an ideal target man.

Talks are going on between both Dortmund and Arsenal and French striker Olivier Giroud has been mentioned in the deal.

The Gunners have already seen a £43 million offer turned down by the Bundesliga side but have now returned with a bid much closer to Dortmund's valuation of £53 million.
