Hazard is currently spending his sixth season at Chelsea, but there are reports that the former Lille winger wants a move away from Stamford Bridge.
He has been a long term target for Real Madrid, and Los Blancos are now ready to offer Chelsea the amount that will be difficult for the Blues to reject.

The 26-year-old rejected a contract extension at Chelsea according to his father who says his son is holding out for a Real Madrid transfer.
Last season, Eden Hazard was superb for Chelsea helping the club to win the Premier League title, and he has continued with his impressive performance this term for the Blues.
