Nigeria's Super Eagles are set for Tuesday's 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match against Libya Mediterranean Knights at the Stade Taïeb Mhiri in Sfax.
The Gernot Rohr tutored-side, who arrived the North African nation via a Max Air aircraft from Uyo on Monday evening, October 15, had a short rest at their Zeitouna Hotel base, before heading to the match venue for a training session ahead of Tuesday's reverse fixture of the 2019 AFCON match.
Speaking moments after the team's arrival, Nigeria's leader of delegation and NFF vice president Seyi Akinwunmi remained Eagles stars their mission in Sfax.

"We have come here determined to pick the three points at stake and make the road much smoother for us towards Cameroon 2019. The players did a great job in Uyo on Saturday and all they need is step up a gear here and amass another three points.
"We have confidence in the players that we have here, as well as the technical crew, and we believe they will do the job," Akinwunmi was quoted as saying by NFF's official website.
Meanwhile, NAIJ.com previously had reported that Super Eagles of Nigeria on Saturday, October 13, defeated visiting Libya 4-0 in their third game in Group E of the 2019 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.

Striker Odion Ighalo scored a hat-trick for the Super Eagles in this match, and it was Samuel Kalu that netted the fourth goal for the 3-time African champions.
Nigeria are now occupying second position in Group E following their win over Libya as South Africa stay top of the Group after their 6-0 win over Seychelles.
