Suspected killers of Rev. Fr. Cyriacus Onunkwo, a Catholic priest, have been arrested, Punch reports
The kidnap and murder of the cleric came days after the Ozubulu church massacre
NAIJ.com reports that the cleric was kidnapped by some gunmen in Orlu, Imo state in his car on Friday, September 1.
Onunkwo was said to be returning home to organise the funeral of his father when he was abducted at gunpoint.

Following a manhunt, the priest's body was discovered in a bush in Omuma village in Orlu east local government area of Imo state on Saturday, September 2.
NAIJ.com had also reported that St. Philips Catholic Church in Ozubulu located in Ekusigo local government area of Anambra state was attacked on, Sunday, August 6 and several persons have been reported killed by gunmen.

The attackers and their motive have not been established but security operatives are said to have swung into action as investigations have begun.
