The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared an Israeli and two others wanted for fraud allegation.
The commission in a statement on Friday, September 22, said Doron Umansky is wanted in a case of obtaining money by false pretense, stealing, forgery and uttering.
Describing Umanky as a light-skinned 57-year old, the EFCC said the wanted Israeli speaks English, Jewish (Hebrew) and Yoruba languages.

The commission said: "His last known addresses are Signature Suites, Asaba, Delta State and 52A, Tunde Adebola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos."
Also, two others - Sobowale Toyin Hannah and Hammed Akinola Ariyomi - are wanted by the EFCC for their involvement in conspiracy and obtaining money under false pretenses.
The commission said, the suspects who are currently at large are both are dark-complexioned, hail from Ogun state and speak English and Yoruba Languages.

NAIJ.com gathered that efforts to arrest the duo have since proved futile.
"Sobowale is 44 years old. Her last known address is 100 Acres Church Street, Abere Bus Stop, Ajayi Egan Road, Atan, Sango Otta. Ariyomi is 33 years old. His last known address is 6 Sanu Street, Adura Bus Stop, Alagbado, Lagos State," the EFCC said.
The commission further called on anyone with useful information on the three suspect to contact the commissions offices.

"Anybody having useful information as to their whereabouts should contact the Commission in its Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Gombe, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Maiduguri and Abuja offices or through these numbers: 0809 3322 644 (0809 EFCC NIG), 08183322644 (0818 EFCC NIG); its e-mail address: info@efccnigeria.org or the nearest Police Station and other security agencies," EFCC said.
NAIJ.com earlier reported that the EFCC blocked all attempt by a former minister of petroleum resources Diezani Alison-Madueke to return to Nigeria for trial.
The former minister had earlier filed an application asking to be joined as defendant in the trial of one of her allies, Jude Omokore.
But the court in its ruling struck out the eight count charge in which the former minister's name appeared.
