Samuel Chukwueze, the 2015 U-17 World Cup Bronze boot winner has confirmed penning a professional contract with La Liga side Villarreal after months of negotiations.
The winger trained with the Spanish side's youth team as an 18-year-old after the World Cup tournament in Chile.

The deal was completed on Tuesday and player posted a picture on instagram accompanied by his mother with thecaptain: “Thank God @ last, officially ”

Owngoalnigeria reports that the player signed a 5-year contract, but will spend time with the youth side from where his progress will be monitored for possible promotion to the first team.
The youngster scored three goals as Nigeria strolled to a fifth championship title in the U-17 World Cup.
