“After throwing the pathetic story of 105 year old living great grandmother, Mama Kutsuwe Kwembe, the oldest refugee of the Makurdi flooding on the social media, humanitarians has shown concern to alleviate her plight. Mama was all smiles this evening as I delivered the last batch of her goodies to her. A philanthropist whose humanitarian disposition is immeasurable, Rev. Fr. Stephen Daniel mobilized me to avail her a duvet, which I did. Another philanthropist also sent in money for a mattress for her, on getting there however, Mama was already in possession of 2 mattresses and so, I rather inquired into what she eats and mama told me that, her teeth were still sound and so she eats noodles, takes tea and bush meat. I therefore committed the funds to avail Mama her choice diet. A thing that was celebrated by mama, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who were around her.
