A Nigerian man, Mr Richard Ndubuaku had asked the court for an order restraining Nnamdi Kanu and other IPOB supporters from disrupting the forthcoming Anambra elections in November 2017.
The Federal High Court, Abuja, on Tuesday, September 5, granted the request seeking to serve court processes on Nnamdi Kanu and the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) through substituted service.
