The Benue State University has allegedly issued a warning to all male students in the institution over growing of beards.
According to a photo posted by a Twitter user, @AndyMadaki, the university in a notice warned against growing of facial hairs by the male students.
The notice was allegedly posted in the school's premises by the security unit of the office of the vice chancellor of the the Benue State University.

The male students are also expected to always leave their faces clean shaven without any kind of option.
However reacting to the new rule, some Nigerians on the microblogging site said the school's management was still leaving in 2007.

A twitter user, @HemButs said: "Kai. I wish they'd attack declining performances with the same unconditional zeal."
