President Muhammadu Buhari has attended the grand finale of the All Progressives Congress governorship campaign in Anambra state.
The state election is scheduled for Saturday, November 18.

The main contestants are All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Willie Obiano, Godwin Ezeemo of the Peoples Progressive Alliance, former aviation minister Osita Chidoka of the United Peoples Party, federal lawmaker and All Progressives Congress candidate Tony Nwoye and Peoples Democratic Party candidate, Oseloka Obaze.

President Buhari attended the campaign on Nwoye which took place at the Alex Ekwueme Square in Awka on Wednesday, November 15.
Meanwhile, President Buhari ordered the immediate return of the security aides of Governor Obiano of Anambra state.

NAIJ.com had reported that the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mr Ibrahim Kpotum Idris, said the withdrawal of the Aide Camp (ADC) to Governor Obiano of Anambra state was to prevent the re-occurrence of past experience.
