This incredible Nollywood actor will always remain in our memory as a result of his work that have touched so many hearts. He died on Monday afternoon, after suffering from leg ulcers, which often occur in people with acute diabetes.
The last months of life
A couple of months back, Obi thanked his fans who provided him with financial help, moral support, and prayed for him. He also asked for some help with further treatment. The last stage involved a flight to one of the US hospitals.
It's amazing and sad to see what a disease can do to an initially healthy person who had given his best and shared his great talent with the public.
Diabetes leads to a number of complications and terrible ulcers are one of them. The actor's leg was covered with deep wounds. He had to experience many sufferings and in this state of health. death can come as a relief. Let's hope that he is in a better world now.
Any person who is diabetic must always pay attention to their feet. Ignoring this can lead to terrible consequences. Sometimes the disease can no longer be stopped and the only way out is amputation.
In December last year, he (Obi Madubogwu) was hospitalized in the medical center of Lagos. He was already nearly paralysed and in critical condition. The actor was in a coma as a result of the toxic effect of the wounds.

Obi was not only a good actor but also a successful producer. Who knows how many more masterpieces this person could have given to the world? But a terrible disease cut his life short.
It's very strange that many celebrities whom Madubogwu helped to advance their career, behaved very nonchalantly when he needed help. Some of them who made big money and attained fame because of him showed no gratitude. Some did not even answer the phone calls. All this disappointed the actor, but fortunately, there were many fans who did all they could to help him.
