The bodies of three occupants of a vehicle who drowned after the car they were driving in was swept away by flood in Pengassan Estate Phase 1 in Lokogoma district of Abuja have been recovered.

The occupants who were said to be family members all lost their lives in the incident.
NAIJ.com had reported that properties worth millions of naira were also said to have been destroyed in the flood.

The bodies of the victim were reportedly recovered by officers of the FCT Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
