Everton midfielder Ross Barkley has rejected a mega million move to join Premier League champions Chelsea on the last day of the transfer window.
This comes a big surprise to many football lovers as he was expected to sign the dotted lines after he had initially agreed personal terms and also had his medicals.
But the Englishman decided to disappoint Chelsea manager Antonio Conte by refusing to sign a deal after having his medicals and he has returned to Everton.
